The program guide for KPIX (5) in San Francisco has an error. It mis-reports program start times on Sunday night. 60 Minutes shows starting at 8PM, not 7PM. Thus, I record Madam Secretary instead. The 7PM slot shows Sera Anunciado (To Be Announced in Spanish).
How do customers go about reporting program guide errors?
It has been quite reliable, but there will always be errors and there should be a path to get them corrected.
