Reminder - December Customer Survey Now Live

The “DM” is In the Community Forum, where you’re typing these posts. It is NOT in the app. But I don’t know why @TabloTV doesn’t just DM you the link to the survey.

I got it!
I took a close look at the screen shot that showed, to TabloTV.
So I typed Tablo, and for a second or two, TabloTV showed up as an option. After a few tries, I was finally quick enough to click on the TabloTV option. I have sent my request. Thanks everyone for your help and patience.

Earlier this afternoon, I also tried using the, “Submit Request”.

Tablo did reach me by email, and said that they would send the link in another email.

But after a couple of tries, Tablo was unable to email me the link.

Wait a minute. I don’t always respond to surveys and I may not have for the last several but I just did respond. Interestingly, I was only asked for ratings. It previously asked me for what to improve, etc. but they basically only asked for “numbers” from me this time. Is this the same for everyone or is it different based on the model you own? I only own legacy Tablos.

I never got the email so I used the link on this post and did my survey a few days ago. This morning I got 2 new emails to do the survey. Of course it says I have already done it… I gave them a good rating(my opinion only-no issues I couldn’t fix easily). Maybe they wanted a couple more good ratings…lol

I finally received the link to the survey, this morning. And did the survey this morning.

Multiple choice questions.

Remained me of school.

I figured that it would allow more in-depth comments toward improvement.

Disappointed that it wasn’t.

Since there isn’t a lot of active development going on for legacy devices, the survey is simpler for those folks.

We wouldn’t want to ask about feature requests, for example, and not be able to deliver. We do still ask 4th Gen folks about improvements they’d like to see, and as usual, there’s been some great suggestions.

That being said, we keep an eye out here for your feedback. So if there’s anything you want to share with us that you didn’t get to say in the survey, let us know.

I thought Legacy devices were being converted to the new Guide Service System?
