Recordings Not Viewable

I have scheduled to record the 10 o’clock news. It shows recordings but when I go to them it tells me there are no recordings. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks

I had a similar issue, created a support ticket and they connected to my Tablo and fixed the next day. It’s a known issue that will be corrected in the next firmware release.
