Recordings don't show

I like my tablo and I am getting used to it. Some of the recordings do not show up in the tablo user interface (either in the web browser or roku app). Some do show up but when you click on them, they do not start.
The recording are ok. I know this because I unplugged the tablo and put the drive on my computer. I used a program called disk internals linux reader to view the tv files (lots of little 3-5 second video clips ?).
The only thing I can think of as a cause (just guessing) is that I used the (really great) program Tablo Exporter.
I don’t know if or why that might cause a problem but I don’t know how to fix it.
The recording function still works just fine btw.

The shows you’ve exported with Tablo Exporter, ;9 they play fine on the computer?

Yes the shows do play just fine.

I had the same problem. It appears to be a sync problem. The only way I could get around it was hard reboot Tablo, reinstall App Software and repeat teh entire process. BTW, it took me three times to get a clean install but now seems to be working just fine.

I found something interesting. If I use chrome, everything shows up just fine.
Also, after the hard reboot, everything shows up fine in the Roku app as well.
