New to Tablo I like the guide I having trouble with playing my recordings keeps saying player error can anyone help
What playback device?
Try a different one, say your smartphone or tablet.

Are you using wifi? If so, is it 5G?
I have 2 firesticks . i should see the recording list on each one right? Don’t see it on either one
Yes i have a 5g router
So I assume you are using 5G wifi, do you have any way of confirming the 5G signal strength at the firestick.
Fire tv is recording live tv fine can pause rewind .but in recording list shows the item that was recorded but there’s a error in playback.
The tablo is recording just fine. Fire TV has nothing to do with making the recording. The connection between the firestick and your Tablo is where playback from the Tablo and your storage medium become a problem.
You should see the recordings on both firesticks, you’re correct.
Can you try deleting & re-adding the Tablo app on your Fire TV? This should get things working correctly again and won’t delete any of your recordings or schedules.
Okay I’ll give it a shot but I can’t keep doing this I’m going to put a do not resuscitate on this Tablo I’ve been doing this for a week now I hope it works
