Recorded show doesn't appear on roku

I see on the Web app, but not on the roku. And what’s with the icon?

The play button with the line through it means the show did not record properly and that it is unplayable.  The web and tablet apps will list these failed recordings, but the Roku does not, which is why you don’t see it there.

I have had the same issue from day one.  Reset the router and the Tablo and they become playable
