Rebooting Sequence for Tablo 4K using Apple TV 4K

It would be helpful to have a sequence of steps to take, to reboot a Tablo Dual. I am using Apple TV 4K with a WiFi connection using a Netgear55-5g router. Having problems as described in a previous post and perhaps, I need to reboot occasionally to solve some problems, as a first step to try along a road to a remedy? Thanks!

occasionally - needing to reboot occasionally, this obviously isn’t fixing anything in as much as it’s just making something go away for a bit.
