"Protected" movies are gone!

I recently “protected” three movies on my Tablo quad OTA and when I went back a few days later, gone. I record on a Seagate passport 2tb using wi-fi and Roku TV. I have this unit connected directly to a window antenna with no splitter. The movies recorded fine judging from the length and time. Have had no problems but I see nothing in the community addressing this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

While it’s been a while since have heard of a problem like this, go into the settings and make sure your subscription is active. If not do a refresh.

I kind of remember that some things disappear when the subscription is not active. If it’s a subscription issue also check your scheduled recordings to make sure they are still active.

Thanks for the quick reply. I’m good on the subs. still have 6 months left and all my recordings are still active. Just gotta hope these movies return at a later date.

Protected recordings can still be manually deleted no? Maybe someone deleted them.

@RetFireReg It’s possible that your sync data isn’t working correctly.

You can force a fresh sync by deleting the sync data and starting fresh.

On the connect screen, click on the red X next to your Tablo’s name and then re-connect. Hopefully things will show up correctly once you’ve done that.
