Another Update: Submitted a ticket for the 2 “programming not available” channels and the one that is shifted 3 hours. Received an email that they are looking at it with the normal caveat of it possibly taking seven days to fix.
You know over time one would expect folks to learn what works and what doesn’t. Regarding this particular thread and programming: why is it that my legacy device never has this issue and further why Tablo cannot import that tech into the newer generation devices doesn’t make sense to me. Pardon my rudeness to the team but it seems like its moving backwards from anything the long time users would want to experience.
Equipment from years ago is flawless but the new stuff fails repeatedly?
Two radically different companies with unrelated tech and goals.

The “brief server issue” that occurred on the 12th initially caused 10 channels in my program guide to display ‘Programming not available’. After Tablo said the problem was fixed, I still had 3 channels with no programming guide data. A couple of weeks ago I submitted a Guide Data Request ticket with Tablo Support for the 3 channels without programming data.
I just received an email from Tablo saying “We’re happy to let you know that the guide data issue you reported has been successfully resolved”. Sure enough, all 3 channels have their program guide data restored. Thanks Tablo.
