Program Guide not loading for more than half of active channels on live TV guide. Just set up 4 tuner unit this morning. Have tried a different zip code and rescan with no success. Have browsed postings but haven’t seen anything that might help. Any suggestions beyond submitting a support ticket?

The guide is just not up to date for all your channels.
The first time setup takes a few hours to populate the guide for some reason. You should be fine by this afternoon.
