Possible to add information to a Support Ticket?

I am new to Tablo so please forgive me if I’m missing something obvious. Is it possible to update information on ticket you have opened? The email I received back didn’t have a ticket or reference number just “You’ll be hearing from us shortly!” I am still having problems but got further along.

The best strategy is just to have the techs update the information when they contact you. The user can’t update the ticket himself.

Also updating or status check of the ticket by replying to it will drop your ticket to the bottom of the queue.
