Player Error: Could not Fetch Cloud URL

I’ve been trying for the last hour to watch my recordings, and none of them will play. I keep seeing a black screen that says player error: could not fetch cloud url. I’ve disconnected and reconnected to my tablo. I’ve tried on the Tablo app and the Tablo Preview app. No luck with watching any of my recordings.

Any suggestions?

@Beaugart Sorry about that. We’re doing some maintenance on the Cloud server.

We started at 4 a.m. anticipating it would be done by breakfast but it’s taking longer than expected.

Should be done shortly though and next time we’ll give everyone a heads-up regarding maintenance windows and will attempt to make them MUCH shorter.

I am having this same error now, and have had for more than 24 hours. I see nothing which indicates Tablo was undergoing regulat maintenance. I have followed all the troubleshooting tips as well, and I still can’t access the recording. This program is one of two which were the catalyst for obtaining a Tablo, as it is not available except over the air.

Suggestions??

Can you try watching an existing recording now? If you schedule another show to record, does it succeed?
