No surprise there. RCA is just a label now. I don’t believe they’ve manufactured hardware in ages.
I’m 45 miles from TV towers. All except a couple of available channels (100+) coming in 90%+. PBS and a couple of others are 80%. Two way splitter for Tablo and TV input. No amp needed.
Simple, basic yagi design is conservatively rated for 40 miles. A nice departure from the extravagant claims made for many others. Unidirectional designs like this are best when all stations are similarly located. High F/B ratio also helps minimize extraneous/spurious RF interference. Changed my Tablo experience completely.
I’m loving watching the Olympics via Tablo. Breezing thru commercials during 2-3 hour recorded segments is a trip as is bypassing events of no interest. Who wants to be sitting indoors watching live TV instead of outdoors enjoying the fantastic Southern Ca weather?
