Tablo 4 has sound, but sometimes only gray or black video after channel change, no matter how long I’ve been watching. I am feeding through Apple TV 4K. I can watch any channel on my second Tablo with no problem. It happens on any channel on the first tuner.

Are you able to view those same channels with another app/device?
I can watch any channel on my second Tablo with no problem. It happens on any channel on the first tuner. The first tuner has been nothing but trouble since it arrived, and support does not care.
@G2055 We checked with the support team. They’re waiting to hear back on the message they sent yesterday. If you can reply we can see if we can get this resolved for you.
Yes, they sent me a message to do a factory reset for the 11th time. As always, it DIDN’T work. Imagine that
