No thumbnails (on Roku) and failed recordings

Hi,

Been having a few issues with thumbnails not being generated (even after 1 day) and some failed recordings. For the failed recording it did say no available tuner, but I did check conflicts and this happened a few times, so I am pretty sure there was a tuner available. I am wondering if one of the 4 tuners are not working correctly?
