Using a Roku 4K Ultra, a model recommended by support. Now I have no thumbnails when fast forwarding recorded content. Note: no live programs being recorded. This are shows recorded previously and none of them show the screen images while fast forwarding. Rebooted device, checked for firmware updates and app on Roku is latest version.
I have noticed this occasionally with back to back recordings on the same channel Or if two recordings at the same time on 2 channels. do you have 2 tuner or 4 tuner. Some times also randomly. On thing to check is the setting for Audio Compatibility to on. Thank you. 2-tuner model. Tried audio compat on and that didn’t help. I use Roku sticks on other TVs but on this LG TV couldn’t get any play back so bought the over priced 4K Ultra which will play but has this thumb nail issue. Always something with Tablo to deal with
