"No hard drive connected" message, no recording playback, but can rewind live TV

My Tablo is reporting “No hard drive connected”. I can’t play recordings, but can see them, and CAN pause and rewind live TV. My hard drive is a 2TB WD Elements and my Tablo version is 2.2.6. I have used the Tablo with this drive for over a year without this issue. It seems if the drive was bad I wouldn’t be able to pause and rewind live TV.
