I haven’t had much for conflicts, but I always think that maybe my page hasn’t loaded yet when I look at that page in the apps. I think it would be useful to have a message across the screen (similar to Gmail’s approach) that tells you there are no conflicts. Otherwise it just appears to have not loaded yet.
