No audio /no sound all channels live & dvr in San Diego

 4 channel tabloid and full signal on most 

That definitely should not happen, but please answer some questions first.

1. What playback devices did you try this on?  
2. Is audio working normally for other apps on those devices?

Some basic troubleshooting:
1. Try other devices to see if the problem is still happening.  If it is on just one device, it would help narrow down the issue.
2. Reboot the Tablo (press the button on the back of the Tablo quickly).
