New Tablo stuck in update loop and corrupted hard drive

So I bought a new Tablo which I’m now returning to Amazon for replacement.

It got stuck in an update loop (like it tried updating for over 12 hours), it possibly corrupted the brand new 2tb Seagate hdd I hooked up to it and none of my 3 Rokus could ever see it.

I’m pretty sure I got a dud and really want Tablo… Can anyone else confirm that this was a plausible dud box?

@Wolfgang_Gullich Our support team would be able to get to the bottom of this quickly. Whether the unit itself is defective, or if something went wrong during the upgrade process - it’s possible this could be fixable.

I have a replacement on the way from Amazon already, so hopefully the new one works as it should. Also doing a low-level reformat of the corrupted hard drive so it should be ok
