'86… She already pays the bill and doesn’t like it! But we’re locked in for another year at home because I did an upgrade to a DirecTV 4K Genie. In the meantime, she’s learning to use our Tablo at our vacation home, and is pretty enthusiastic about it. I’m just trying to make it as easy as possible.
Sam… I took my wife through your suggestion and it works, of course, but prefers to use the nice 4K Fire Stick remote to do everything instead, even though it takes many clicks. As I said above, the ideal way would be to add a “Record this Show” button beside the Captions button in the screen that comes up when you hit the down arrow.
So if I install the preview app on my fire V, but I have apple tvs as well, do I still lose the remote connectivity option?
It still works remotely.
