I purchased a 4 tuner tablo and I can’t get it to connect to my wifi. I had a Tablo Dual and it connects with no problems. Why can’t this one do the same. I purchased it from your website. Model SPVR4-01-NA S/N LD_B046867
Do you have the hard drive connected? WHat is the status of the blue LED light? Are you trying to set the Tablo up over Wifi? I’m assuming so since you said “connect to WiFi”, but the WiFi setup process is a tad more complicated than setup over Ethernet.
