I swapped out a new hard drive. I am ok with losing all of my old recordings. I figured the missing recordings would all go away. They are still there but invalid.
Is there any way short of a factory reset to clean them out?

A factory reset is your best bet. Otherwise you’ll have to delete the recording ‘containers’ manually.

There is a cleanup for the opposite (items on the hard drive that are NOT on the database) but not this.
The alternative is to spend a bit of time on the web app and delete the recording containers from the UI.
