KNOWN ISSUE FOR 2019 SAMSUNG MODEL YEAR OWNERS

We are investigating reports that a subset of 2019 Samsung television models are encountering an error with version 2.0.6 of the Tablo app, causing connection failures.

The error message will look like this:

Unfortunately, we do not have a workaround or solution at this time. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this.

UPDATE 5:50 p.m. ET - A fix has been submitted to Samsung, and we are hopeful for a quick turnaround on approvals.

Happy to report that this hotfix (version 2.0.7) is now available.

Even after this update, and power cycling every device I can think of, I’m still experiencing the spinning circle when trying to play my recordings. I’m hard wired all the way around too.

The software I have is 1500.5 Model un65ru7200fxza. I download the newest version of software and I still get the same results. A recorder episode will play a couple of minutes and the screen locks spinning circle.

I think this is a 2019 Samsung tv issue. I just reset the Tablo and recorded a football game with the same results as I posted earlier. Is there an update from Tablo on this? Any acknowledgment of the problem? Multiple people with 2019 Samsung tvs have posted this exact issue.
