KNOWN ISSUE FOR 2019 SAMSUNG MODEL YEAR OWNERS

We are investigating reports that a subset of 2019 Samsung television models are encountering an error with version 2.0.6 of the Tablo app, causing connection failures.

Unfortunately, we do not have a workaround or solution at this time. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this.

UPDATE 5:50 p.m. ET - A fix has been submitted to Samsung, and we are hopeful for a quick turnaround on approvals.

Happy to report that this hotfix (version 2.0.7) is now available.
