This one pulldown appears to be broken. It doesn’t have any affect on the equivalent setting in the other apps, nor are changes made in those apps reflected here.
Remote access is one of the few “client only” settings, whereas most are global. You might want your cellphone to be at 1Mbps while away from home, but a FireTv stick at a vacation home could be at full quality.
You have to set this up on a client by client basis.
