Mislabeled thumbnails, not requested recording

I record episodes of Big Bang but lately I get thumbnails labeled with Big Bang episode titles but the recorded video is not Big Bang. About half the recorded episodes turn out to be named with real Big Bang episode names but the content is not a Big Bang episode.

What can cause this? If the station transmitted the wrong stuff this could happen but once or twice maybe but not half the time for over a week where they transmit 2 episodes per day 5 days a week.

Ideas?

Have you tried to match up the program that is recorded to any of the other programs in the guide for that channel or anyother channel?

No but I will be gathering evidence to see if there are any patterns.
