Lost of guide on my PC

The Tablo guide was working just perfecly in my PC and then suddenlly there is nothing on it,I don;t know if the the Tablo app need to be reinstalled or what,I have getting in touch with the team and no answer yet,so if anybody know something about it please posted for the benefic of everybody.

There is no app on the PC. It is all browser based.

Some suggestions:

  1. Disconnect from the Tablo and reconnect.
  2. Clear your browser cache
  3. See if you are getting guide data on other devices. (if not, then I would reboot the Tablo and your router)

You didn’t say XBox, you said PC ?

The link says it is available for Xbox One and PC (aka Windows 10).

You are right. There is an app, though I find the browser a better experience. I had forgotten all about that one.

Are you talking about the guide or the grid? And the settings page indicates that you have a subscription.

And if the app is HTML based there could be some differences between the same app on a WIN10 PC and an Xbox.
