Loss of info on various screens

Has anyone seen this happen before?
I opened a ticket with support…

In live TV, I lost all info.
In recordings, I lost all recording info:
in scheduled, I lost all scheduled recordings.
In settings, all active channels disappeared
Look at attached photos. Only happening on FireTV

Hit the “update” button , last time I did something similar when I had the same issue .

Update, exit app and come back in worked for me.

I tried to update, exit and start. No good. I deleted the app and downloaded. All is working correctly again. Thanks for the tips and suggestions.

I’ve been having the same problem on my Fire tv. My Fire stick has been working just fine. I’ve been force stopping the app, and deleting the cache and data to make it sync back up. That works for a couple of days and then I have to repeat. The Preview app has starting to have the problem too.

Can you send us a ticket? We’d be happy to take a look. It’s peculiar that you’d have this kind of issue with the Preview app.

Support cleaned up some data that could cause my problem. Fingers crossed!

Just an update, everything working good since Support accessed my Tablo!
