Log into Tablo's Zendesk instance?

Is it possible to log into the Tablo Zendesk portal for support vs using email? Since gmail threads the conversations, and each email includes a copy of the entire email thread - its very confusing and hard to read. Plus all of the ‘Thank you for contacting Tablo Support!’ auto-response emails don’t make following the threads any easier.

@djc6 Not at the moment. We had some issues getting the Zendesk accounts to work, and it was ultimately a little confusing to some customers who were attempting to log into the account portal.
