Some shows are shown on multiple channels. I would like the ability to record all episodes of a specific show on a specific channel. For example, I want to record Nova. It runs on 8.1 in HD and 8.2 in SD. If I select record all episodes it will record all episodes on both channels as long as they aren’t the same episode. My old cable DVR allowed this to be set in the recording details, but defaulted to only record from the channel selected when the record button was pressed. It seems that tablo may not be able to do this as it organizes everything as shows rather than channels.
