Sometimes, when I delete a recording, I get a Load Error message. I have the choise to retry or cancel. I retry and get a “Unable to load recorded airing details” message. I try cancel and the airing is deleted. This happens about 50% of the time when I delete a program.

You didn’t say if this happens for FAST recordings, OTA recordings, or both. I kind of remember this happening for FAST recordings.
I record mostly OTA channels and thats where I see it. I don’t record FAST channels enough to recall it if happens with them as well.
I noticed that as well a few releases back. There was a change to the Gen4 app to perform a ‘double click’ in certain circumstances.
If you hold the button a split second too long while deleting a recording it is triggered.
So the recording is deleted then a second click on the same screen and it throws an error telling you.
