I’ve done all the disconnects and resets and checked all the cables. Nothing fires up Tablo. Any suggestions? Screen now says “No prime time shows”. Appears I’m not getting a signal but everything seems to be connected OK. I’m using ethernet cable.
Did your antenna work on the TV before you put it on the Tablo? Also you have to set it up via a PC or the app on your phone.
Yes, reception has been fine. This lack of reception just happened suddenly. I use a Mac.Perhaps I should reinstall everything. Thanks for your response.
Make sure you’re still subscribing to the guIde. One time my subscription , somehow became unsubscribed.
Thanks. That was one of the 1st things I did. I keep thinking it’s something really simple I’m overlooking.
Maybe you’re a victim of the channel repack. Do a new channel scan, remember to hit “add to guide” when it’s complete.
All my devices, including Tablo, run through a hearty surge protector which I decided to unplug for a few minutes. I plugged it back in and did a rescan and the guide slowly repopulated. This morning it seems to be functioning well. I really appreciate all the comments. I have no idea what caused it to freeze up the way it did.
