I was going to do the lifetime subscription when my monthly came up for renewal but I missed the 16th and it automatically renewed. If I choose the lifetime subscription now, is there any type of credit given for the monthly?
You’re going to have to contact Tablo directly and see if they’re willing to work with you. They’re pretty good about these types of things, but no guarantees!
