Lifetime subscription and yearly sub both billed to my account

I tried calling support, but htey still have their holiday message up on the support number…

My credit card expired and when my yearly sub was scheduled to renew, I purcahsed the lifetime with my updated ccard. I then noticed the yearly charge was applied to my account for a total of $200.00.

I know we will sort this out, I’d like to purchase the lifetime subscription instead of the yearly subscription. Let me know what steps I need to take. I did submit a ticket, let me know when the extra $50 can be frunded to my account.
