Not within Tablo itself. You would have to export it from the Tablo using Tablo Ripper or Tablo Exporter and then edit the video file with a video editor such as Shotcut. There is no way to put the edited video back into Tablo however so you would have to watch it externally or add it to Plex if you have that.
