Instead of recording CTV news at 11 pm, tablo recorded something else. How to solve this?

I am in Ottawa, ON. I have scheduled recording of CTV news on Sunday at 11 pm on Channel 13 via tablo programming guide. But, this sunday’s recording (Feb. 5th) was something else, the CTV news starting time was delayed to 11:20 pm! Such things did happened before.

I would like to know that if tablo has a solution for this problem?

The Super Bowl broadcast ran long and unfortunately there’s nothing that can be done about this.

This type of issue affects every DVR that has ever been made.
