Noticed it like a month ago that Tablo has stopped recording scheduled shows. In the “Coming Soon” tab, I can see the shows scheduled to be recorded. But if I go check it the day after, nothing is in the library.
To make sure recording works, I clicked on a live show and record, and it did record without any problems.
I’ve already done a factory reset and setup the Tablo TV as new again, and it’s still doing the same thing.
I had Channel 2-CBS in Chicago showing Channel 7-ABC information so my CBS shows were not recording last month. I contacted support and they had me do the reset and channel scan and clear out my cache. Don’t know which one worked for the issue.
Do you live in an area with multiple broadcast towers? So times Tablo gets confused if this is the case. Also last year I had something like this and I totally deleted the show I had recorded, thankfully we were all caught up on watching it. Then I deleted that I wanted the show recorded. Then after a guide update overnight I put back the show and it started recording again. Tablo is a finicky beast but when it works it is wonderful LOL
The majority of shows that I schedule are recorded, but there’s one show I can’t even schedule to record daily. I keep getting an error message to try again. But if I go to recording options, it will let me individually select that show for each day. Any idea what’s up?
