Hey folks. Just yesterday my Tablo guide only partially populates. I’ve refreshed, reset, powered off/on. Interesting thing is the issue is only when running Tablo from my FireTV. Guide populates fine on my TV with a Fire Stick, and from my PC and mobile devices.
You might want to try this…
Clear the Cache and Data from the FireTV app. (It will have to re-sync everything of course)
On the Fire TV, go to Settings, Applications, Manage Installed apps, Tablo App, Clear Cache, Clear Data. Launch the Tablo app, wait for it to resync. Hopefully it will clear up any problems you may have.
Thanks! Fixed it myself this morning. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app on Fire TV. After the syncing completed the guide fully populated.
