Got the box few months ago with apple tv4 and all was fine with guide info download, upgrade 2.2.10 and new apple tv app. Last week, noticed guide info was not downloading when attempting recording movie and likely, this has started around or after the upgrade. What ever i try, in guide status, i see download start 0% and within 1sec, it stop/fail and retry with same + indicate updated few seconds ago. Open ticket with Tablo after trying reset, editing location/channel lineup and factory reset last Friday (unable to read hdd recording since - 2nd issue). Friday, call support after many troubleshooting email and they ask me to put box in access mode to troubleshoot remotely without result yet. Support is fine but still waiting for resolution…
