I’ve been using Tablo 4 tuner for 2 months on Windows 7 using Chrome browser. Today the guide started disappearing whenever I attempt to scroll down. The screen pretty much goes solid blue and I have to go back to main menu, select another option such as Prime Time, go back to the guide and it displays OK until I start scrolling down again. Lather, rinse, repeat.
I’ve rebooted computer, cleared the browser cache, disconnected from Tablo, power cycled Tablo, and none of this seems to help. Any ideas?
Uninstall Chrome, reboot computer, re-install Chrome.
Thanks for the suggestion, but after uninstalling Chrome, rebooting, and reinstalling Chrome, I still have the same issue.
Do you have a number of add-ons/extensions installed on Chrome? If so, try opening an incognito window and then connecting to http://my.tablotv.com/ - do you have the same issue?
How many channels do you have?

I have fixed the problem (for now). I removed all but the major channels from the channel lineup (ABC, CBS, NBC) and then added the rest back one at a time. I waited for the guide to be updated each time. It is now working. I have 19 channels.
I haven’t had any problems with the channel guide on Roku.
Weird fix. You shouldn’t have had to do that.
