I get this message when trying to scroll through Guide Data: “an unknown error occurred” Retry or Cancel. This message pops up frequently during other times too. You can retry a hundred times with the same results. Does anyone have any suggestions or has anyone else had this problem?
Try uninstalling, then reinstalling the app and then check by scrolling through the guide again.
Like the live TV grid? or guide data for TV Shows, Sports, Movies?
Which compatible device or app are you using? https://www.tablotv.com/apps-compatible-devices/ there are various options and not everyone uses the same, different devices/apps have different things to try.
