New Tablo owner here. Guide artwork is mostly missing from the firetv app. Seems to be fine on iOS app. I’ve refreshed the guide multiple times. Is this a known issue?
Still able to schedule recordings and such, just an annoyance
For what it’s worth, guide art appears to be working fine on the Roku as well. So, for me anyway, it’s isolated to FireTV
That’s odd - do you see the same thing if you reinstall the app? If that doesn’t do the trick, feel free to send our team a ticket.
