"Failed to load video" - Chromecast

Hi,
Remote streaming (Connect) “tablo quad”.
Using a chromecast with Google TV and the Tablo app
I can see the recordings, I can select a recording, but when I try to play it it says “Failed to load video”.

If I try from the laptop webapp it plays fine, If I play from my phone it plays fine. The Tablo is hard wired to the router and the chromecast is “paired”.

I see options to clear cache and clear data, but I hesitate to do that for fear I could lose the pairing status.

In my google settings under app permissions location and file access were turned off, not sure they are required but i did try turning both on, made no difference.

I don’t have a Chromecast, but have you tried powering it off/unplugging it?

Yep, sorry, I should have mentioned, I did power off and back on the device and the TV and restarted the Tablo app…

Unplug the TV, wait 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. The power button doesn’t restart Google TV.
