Failed recording

Up until now, my Tablo has been very reliable recording. However, last night it failed to record the Stephan Colbert Show. My Tablo is 10 months old and this is the first failed recording I have experienced (other than when we had the server issues a while back). No idea why it didn’t record.

When I had the Amazon Recast DVR, missing random recordings was a common occurrence, especially for the Colbert show. I hope that this is just a one-time event and not the start of a new problem!

It was a re-run and not a new show.

Yes, but I have it set to record all episodes (and it is not already in my library), so it really was a failure.

It’s only a TV show, and I probably have seen it when it first aired, but this was the first time that my Tablo actually missed a recording.

It may have been due to the server errors and should be resolved now.
