I was having mountains of trouble with everything for about 6 weeks. Finally the support group told me to do a factory reset. Outside of going through all the issues with saving recordings it seems to have fixed everything. They said the data was corrupt in my unit. Now a new problem has started. Every time you go into or out of a program that is set to record it exits out of live TV to the grid.
That’s as intended. If you want to watch the channel, rather than a specific show, you select the channel not the show. I think on some clients that’s not possible, but I think it’s been fixed in a beta release. What client are you using to watch?
With Roku units, press the PLAY button after navigating to the channel. If you press OK, you’ll get the show you highlighted only.
