Ethernet lights blink, can't connect

I have a Tablo duo, 4gb stick attached, and I have the blue LED set to off.
Working fine for sometime but recently when trying to connect from the app or browser I get a message that it can’t find a Tablo. Network lights are blinking and I can see Tablo on the network. I can even type in the IP in the browser and see the Nuvyyo Server page.

If I POR it works again.

Are there any logs or way to see whats going on?

Is the device that you’re trying to connect to the Tablo with on the same network as the Tablo? Not on a VPN or a guest network?
