Trying to watch CBS NCAA Basketball. When I click on the channel from “Live TV” I get that error. But if I go to the Sports menu and click on the game it loads. I have removed the channel, saved, rescanned the channels and reset the Tablo. I have 4th gen with fire stick 4k (2nd gen). I have cleared the cache. I also updated the guide. I get the same error on both CBS channels. All other channels are accessible from live menu. Only get error with the CBS channels. Any ideas?

My 4k works fine when launching live TV from either the live TV grid or the live sports from the sports menu. But if I try to schedule the already playing game, I get the never ending spinning wheel of death. But it does appear that it got scheduled. The gen 4 fire stick TV app is a never ending joy.

Hi, I don’t have the answer to the problem that you describe, but I have the same exact issue. Your work around, going in from the Sports menu helped me out, so big thanks on that!
While going in through the Sports menu I think I have a clue to the issue. In the Sports menu, the icon for the CBS channel had all the program details described “uconn versus Fla” spelled out in detail. However, in the guide menu, the listing just said, to the effect “… Teams To Be announced…”
So, it looks like the Live TV menu can’t handle the obsolete channel guide information.
