Erasing recordings - playback problem after

Today I deleted about 15 old recordings from my Tablo (via the Roku), right after I was done doing this I began to watch another recorded program.  Much to my surprise I began getting “Loading” messages - this happened a few times in just a couple of minutes of playback.  I stopped the program playback and restarted from the beginning, no problems. I have never seen this behavior with my Tablo before.

Does the Tablo do some reorganization of hard drive content after recorded programs are deleted, thus interfering with playback for a short time?

Hi @mbellaire - you hit the nail right on the head. The Tablo is still working to remove the shows from your drive. You should see a fix for this in our next firmware update. Cheers!
