I have watched Tablo from my Roku fine at home. I just brought the Roku with me and when I tried to connect remotely, the Roku gives me an error that the Tablo needs to be on the same LAN. Does this mean that the remote connection is only for phones and tablets?
Yes, that’s how it is currently. I believe remote connection for Roku is something that is under consideration for a future release.
@dfreadhoff - Yes, we don’t offer Tablo Connect through Roku at the moment. You can however also access Tablo remotely through our web app on your computer/laptop.
