Did this get resolved? Having the same problem

I've provided a link below to a previous discussion about manual scheduling problems and they not recording/disappearing.  I'm pretty much having the EXACT same problem. If Tablo Support is reading this, please reference the link below.  Tablo Support dropped the conversation and went into 'private chat' with the user, therefore, I have no idea how this was resolved or 'if' this was resolved.  Please help. thanks.
